Order Processing & Lead Times All hyperbaric chambers sold through Clarity HBOT are built to order. Please allow the following production and shipping timelines from the date of purchase:
- Soft Chambers: 3–4 weeks
- Hard Chambers: 8–10 weeks
These timelines reflect estimated production and fulfillment windows. Clarity HBOT does not guarantee delivery dates or shipping timelines. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, carrier, or supply chain factors outside of our control.
Shipping Estimates Are Not Guaranteed All shipping and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Clarity HBOT makes no guarantees regarding delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers & Methods Hard and soft chambers are shipped via freight due to their size and weight. You will be contacted with tracking and freight carrier information once your order has shipped. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged — please plan accordingly for receiving a large item.
Damaged Shipments Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery before signing the freight bill. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us at clarityhbot@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Signing the freight bill without noting damage may limit your ability to file a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations Because chambers are built to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
