All hyperbaric chambers sold through Clarity HBOT are custom-built to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at clarityhbot.com if your item arrives damaged or defective. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges Because each chamber is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer exchanges.

European Union Orders Due to the custom-made nature of our products, EU 14-day cooling off period rights do not apply. Custom-ordered goods are explicitly exempt from the EU withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.
